Hi, I’ve recently changed my website to be more of a blog / journal, and I’m looking to build a subscriber list for this. I would love to do this through MailPoet. Everything looks pretty great except one problem – my featured image for posts is not showing up. I don’t mean only that it is not showing up in emails, but rather that it is not showing up anywhere in MailPoet. For example, when am editing the design of the automated post email in the MailPoet section within wordpress, even there, where the featured image should be, there is only blank white space.
The odd thing is that if I change the email to show the full post, it will display images. But for some reason it is not reading the featured image properly. I have confirmed there is indeed a featured image attached, but it simply isn’t working. I don’t have many plugins, but deactivating plugins doesn’t seem to change anything, and regardless the featured image is not showing up in emails either.
As I am doing a photography blog, having at least the featured image display is very important to me. So if I cannot figure out the solution to this, I cannot use MailPoet, as much as I would like to! If you can’t help me out with this I would appreciate it!
