Fees are randomly disapearing on orders.
ive redone an order 5 times unstinalled all plug ins the last 3 days that got updated and all seem to not be the cause. I rolled yours back from 7.9.0 to 7.8.2 and this seems to of solved the problem
Doesnt matter if the fee is generated at checkout or added in afterwards updating the order from on hold or from pending to processing just kills the fee away.
Please fix messes with accounting and invoices if they disapear unsure if its just the one ill have to investigate (thanks).
