Excuse me for my English I go through a translator.
I’m having a problem with the “from”, “to”, “message” fields… That is, all the fields that must appear after selecting a value for the gift card.
On the pc version everything works fine, I select my value and the fields appear. I can even force the display without problem in css. But for the tablet and mobile version I have the impression that the div which contains these fields simply does not have it.
Can you help me please ?
PS: I have the pro version and I opened a support ticket but no response.
