@newmediologo This sounds like a false positive. Perhaps Wordfence compares the files in our development trunk with the files on your site. As the development trunk can be ahead of the actual release, that could lead to false positives.
There are no issues with the files in the WordPress repository. If you want to make sure your local files are the same as the files on the Really Simple SSL WordPress repository, you can always re-install the plugin.
