Thank you for your intereset in Filter Everything plugin.
It seems aftert you changed your homepage settings it stopped to work. Or maybe you use a Page Builder to create Shop page template.
The reason is that Free verison of the plugin works on native WordPress archives – category archive, tag archive, author archive, date, taxonomy etc. Also the Shop page in WooCommerce is post type archive for Products. And if Shop page is regular Shop page Free version works on it. But if you want to use it on your Homepage which you made from your Shop page or if you created it with Page builder it seems you have to use PRO version for that.
