Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
In order to find the Filters widget in the Elementor you need to navigate to the “WordPress” section, there will be “filter everything – filters”
Also, please note that in general, the free version is not working with the page builder, the PRO version is working with the page builder and can be displayed on any page (including singular pages, and this is the exact page what you have following the link). The free version can be displayed only on the archive pages.
