Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything plugin.
It seems you do not see the button, that opens filters on mobile devices. You have some button for filters but it is from theme or another plugin. You can insert Filter Everything filters button with shortcode [fe_open_button] above your Filters widget and you will see it on mobile devices.
