Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
You need to apply two filter sets on that page then, but this is not possible in the Free version, this is only available in the PRO version.
But we’d recommend, using only one filter set on the page and changing the template itself so it will appear in the correct position in the mobile mode.
