Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Perhaps you used templates overriding and this is why it is not working, or you need to update the filter set. Hard to say, as for others everything is working as it should. Also, you have a lot of errors on the site visible through the console, which can be the reason as well.
Try to test everything on the local clean WP with the default theme and our plugin. Then add one by one plugins and theme that you have on your staging site in order to find the root of this issue.
