Having the same issue, there is a report on the official GitHub repository https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/40747 , hope to see a quick fix, meanwhile revert to the previous version of WooCommerce to fix the issue.
Bug WooCommerce 8.2.0 behavior 🙁
After updating WooCommerce, every time I want to add an Attribute (which contains hundreds of values), the site goes into a loop because WooCommerce tries to load and select all the Attribute values as active.
Please fix the issue
I thought this problem was from my side or it was the plugin conflict. thank you
