Fix WordPress Speed

Hello, i made my First WordPress blog

Theme: Blogus Theme

Plugins: Akismet Anti-Spam: Spam Protection , Disable & Remove Google Fonts, WP User-Avatars

the problem is the loading time is 12 seconds

Question: How do i get that fixed easely, i am a single user with a small blog, i tried to find someone from WordPress Discord but they do want 200-500$ just to check and increase the loading speed, is this normal? Thanks.
