I’m looking for someone with experience using FluentForms and Zapier (end point is an Excel spreadsheet on OneDrive).
I’ve got the zap working and all fields appear in the zap payload. They get dropped into a new row on an Excel spreadsheet. Everything seems to work fine until it comes to certain form fields like the “Upload file” or “Upload image”. The content of those fields should be a URL, which points to the download URL of the attachment for the message.
Unfortunately, on the Excel side of things, the cell comes through blank. Other fields (name, phone, email, etc.) come through fine.
If I try accomplishing the same thing with Google Sheets instead (which is direct from FluentForms and doesn’t require Zapier) it works okay. If I map the “File Upload” field to an Google Sheet cell, it drops the attachment URL right in. But the same logic doesn’t work via Zapier.
I’ve got a ticket in with FluentForms but it has been a couple of days and I’m getting restless. Hoping one of you folks might have experience with the same issue and may have an easy solution.
