Hello,
We’re getting the message ‘Flush cache failed’ whenever an Editor level user publishes or updates a post. We don’t see the error when an Admin level user does the same.
Our web hosting company said it’s likely due to a plug-in. By process of elimination we have found that we only have the issue when NextGen Gallery is activated (even when all the other three other plugins we use are deactivated).
We are using NextGen Gallery Version 3.35, the latest version of WordPress 6.1.1 and PHP 8.0.
Do you have any ideas what the issue could be?
