What a way to divert the issue wow great support I set up an account there I go there and it’s just a home page that doesn’t do me any good.
FYI I’m a senior IT guy for 34 years I just want some help with this please don’t send me all over the place.
And this is not the first time this happened has happened. I’ve had to recover from backups before, kinda sad when you lose all your folders. Starting to be a regular issue!

This is the second time this has happened I really need to know what’s going on I’m a senior IT guy and I handle about 30 websites for people and use your product this is totally unacceptable!

Why would I click on that folder there’s nothing under it the main Hummingbird folder with all the years is not even there again you guys don’t get it wow!!\
The entire Hummingbird folder is gone nothing’s there this is the second time this has happened on two websites.
Everything is gone I restored yesterday’s backup and it’s still not there I don’t know how far back I have to go and I’m losing everything that’s been done on the website!!!
