For Instagram Access Token, do you need to be the owner of the account?

I need to display a business’ IG feed on their WP site.

I’ve found a few good plugins but they need an Access Token.

Can I create my own Facebook For Developers account and get the business’ Access Token on my own without the owner having to sign in?

Thanks, I just don’t want to personally give Zuck my phone number if it’s not worth it.
