For those less artistic and more technical, how do you get your design ideas ?

What I find interesting about WordPress that to really be good at it. You need 2 sets of skills that for the most part, not many people excel at both areas.
One skill requires a technical knowledge
The other skill requires more of an artistic knowledge.

My issue is, even the Premium Top 4 Themes, besides the Home Page, most of their other pages are very very basic, if existent at all.

So for those less Artistically skilled ? How do you do it ? Where do you go ?
Do you use Premaid Templates (Yet even those are kind of basic and plain)

I am curious, is there a place where I can find really nice and beautiful pre made sections that really pop or stand out ?
Not the junk that I see out there.
