I’m looking to offer web design packages and marketing packages on my website and I was wondering for those who already do this… How do you get the client to sign a contract?
I want to avoid having to send over the contract, and waiting for them to get it signed, etc., I was hoping to make it seamless and easy but I’m not sure if what I’m thinking is realistic. I was thinking I would make it a part of the WooCommerce checkout experience, there can be a service agreement for every product and they can read/sign it before placing the order, and as far as I can tell, doing something like this would be costly and I’m just starting out (leaving Upwork to pursue my own thing).
So, for those who get contracts signed, how do you do it? Do you send the contract, and then invoice? Do you send them both together? Do you have a set up on your site to have them sign it easily?
