I’ve had the unfortunate experience of attempting to use a wireframe/template company called BricksAwesome.

Bricks Awesome is a shady company and is taking advantage of the popularity and power of the Bricks Builder community. They stole $300 from me and have been leading me on for months now, be warned. (it’s not about the money, it’s about how they treat customers, their false advertisement, and the refusal to make things right)

**Back Story:**
I purchased their platform for 1 set of templates (ACSS wireframes) which on their website was plasted everywhere and labeled as “new”. After paying for the platform I go to the member area to see that feature is “not available yet”,

I submitted a ticket to see what the status of that feature was because I wanted to use it for a new client, it took them over 30 days to respond to my support ticket, and the “new feature” I purchased their platform for wasn’t ready yet (despite the website saying it was available everywhere), it took them almost 4 months to get this feature ready to use and I’ve been battling with them to get a refund. He refuses to give me a refund because “the feature is available now”, which is such a horrible experience.

If the company couldn’t get things right for the last 3-4 months, why would I want to use them on my client’s websites? The last thing I’d want is for me or my company to be associated with is them.
The company feels shady and horribly run company.
