Hello!
I am looking to create a landing page, where one enters their info into ideally a multi-page form or "flow", one of the form fields would either ask the Zipcode, or look it up by their address ideally. I'd want the form to lookup and create an output or take the person to a page based on this zipcode.
I want them to be able to lookup local contractors for a service, and have designated phone numbers for each zipcode in a separate table ideally.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Gravity or Formidable Forms. You might need either addons or the higher package in formidable forms case but this is easy peasy work that can be done in a couple to hours even if you are new to the plugins.
You’re going to need to hire a developer.
