form is not sending only on mobile

Hi
I have a form on the website, for several years.
suddenly on a mobile device – the form does not working
(as if the send button does not respond at all)

Remarks
1. i try deactivate all plugin and its still not working
2. When I’m on desktop view on a mobile, the form works.
3. When I’m on mobile view on a desktop, the form also not works.
