Hey @fredfire85,
It doesn’t work on Desktop either, i think it only works for you because you are logged in to WP Admin.
There is a 403 error when the form is submitted and it is trying to make an AJAX request to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.
So something is blocking this. Do you have any security plugins installed, like WordFence? If not, could you contact your hosting provider about this issue?

you are great! It is working now.
In fact it was a plugin called “IONOS performance” (ionos is a big german provider) which blogged the form skript!
So big thanks to you and your outstanding skills!!!
