I’m not sure. Not seeing a similar glitch on any of my own sites or test sites.
Looks like you only have one event active on the website? Is this your first time using RSVPMaker? Did you have any registrations entered for the event as tests? Any other events you created? If you have more than one event, make sure you’re looking at the report for the correct event.
Thanks for the reply David. It is not the first event I’ve done. I did do a test entry. Went to delete that it would never delete. I went into the database to delete that entry. Sorry I did not include that info in the first post. Would that somehow cause the issue?
The issue was the guest I had added to the RSVP. That part is fine now.
I have an additional question. When I view the report and attempt to delete someone, they do not get deleted. Also, if that person registered with a guest(s), must I delete the guest(s) first or does it matter? Thanks
