I tried Ninja Forms, Forminator and some others but all of their data is saved in a non intuitive way. For example, Forminator saves all of the forms inputs as separate entries into the DB table. If a form asks for name, email, DOB; forminator will save 3 entries in the same table. I would like 1 entry with 3 seperate columns for all of the inputs.
Sorry if this isn;t 100% clear but any help is highly appreciated.
