So one of our websites is having a bit of trouble with forms, being they need to be submitted twice.
So you’ll fill out the form and it will just reload the page with all the fields blank, once you submit it again it goes through to the redirect page. This is causing us to lose basically every lead because people are assuming the form has been successfully submitted after the first attempt.
The website is built like trash and uses loads of plug-ins, elementor being the main page builder.
Unfortunately I can’t disclose the website, but just wondering if there are any general fixes I could try or troubleshooting methods ?

Are you using elementor’s form module? What errors are you seeing in console for the initial load?
