I currently print out a form for my clients to fill in their details and information on a computer repair, the form has al the terms and conditions and records of me taking the device.
What I want to do on my WordPress site is have a form only I can access that I can fill out for the customer and when I submit it it sends them the above form in PDF. So it will automatically fill in the positions on the Form and send them and myself a copy.
Hopefully this makes sense.
