Our issue is not resolved, please stop marking it as so. Our form will not send and no one has responded in over a week.
At this point, we have had Multi-Step Plugin support, Image Upload Plugin support, and our internal programming team look at this and fix some issues, but the main issue persists. We have successfully run this form more than 500 times, it was great. Now it is useless.
