Hi, I’m looking for a plugin, that would allow me to create a form with radio selection where each option can be selected only for specific amount of replies. It would also be nice if there was a number of maining entries next to each option. I tried WPForms, Forminator and Contact Form 7 but it seems none of them has this option. Thanks.

I’m not sure this makes sense – what do you mean by “specific amount of replies” and “maining entries”?
