Tried multiple different plugins for different forms with no luck. I’m running out of options to test here? It says “failed load” or just doesn’t do anything at all???
have you tried Formidable Forms or Gravity Forms ? Those are the leaders and dont have issues with mobile rendering. Let me ask you what theme are you using ? If your theme or your plugin are not responsive. Then forget about it. I hope you are not using some very old theme, which is not mobile responsive. Also what plugin are you using. It can also be a caching issue, which you will need to clear the cache in wordpress and you will need to clear the cahce in mobile browser. Make sure you understand how to clear cache in mobile browser. Also if your device is very old, that could be the problem or if it is over a very slow network connection.
