I performed a few tests from an Instagram account and could not reproduce the issue. As you can see in the screenshot below, the Instagram browser is showing the form:

Could you check if clearing the browsing data helps? Please go to the Browser settings > Browsing data and clear the cookies and cache and tests again.
If the issue persists, please let us know the phone brand and model you are using so we can perform a further check.

Thank for the reply! I am running instagram v 288.0.022.66 on android 13 (TQ2A.230505.002) on a Pixel 5 – I also tested on a second pixel 5 and same issue.
Will also test on an iphone to see if it’s any different there.

Managed to get it fixed, it was actually a caching conflict with litespeed cache.
