While I don’t see the issue on your site at the moment, I expect this is because you have disabled the Forminator integration at the moment?
In any case, please verify that the “Load form using AJAX setting” is disabled in these forms. Under Forminator > Forms, click “Edit” next to the form you wish to edit, and then navigate to Behavior > Rendering to ensure that “Load form using AJAX” has been disabled.

Yes, there was a problem here. Loading via Ajax caused errors.
