I’ve briefly tested this and can say that there is no issue related to CleanTalk. There is no problem with sending emails with our plugin activated.
Could you please disable our plugin and test the web form without it?
we have solved with forminator plugin assistance, they deactivate page cach option, and activate Ajax sending method, and appears to work very well now. So thank you, if my informations will be useful or inspiring for anyone’s similar issue.
