Given that you’re referencing the Pro version of Amelia, I should clarify that I don’t have detailed knowledge of Amelia Pro nor access to it. As such, we can’t provide an exact solution on how it would work with Forminator.
If your aim is to carry out specific actions within the Amelia plugin using Forminator, I must inform you that there are no out of the box settings in Forminator Pro that can perform this.
Beyond its existing integrations, Forminator is meant to function as a standalone plugin, allowing you to capture any type of submission.
I checked if I could suggest using “Post Data“, but it appears that Forminator couldn’t pick up the custom post types of the free version of the Amelia plugin.
You could use Forminator as a subscription-based form, however, any data entered will only be saved in Forminator. Without integration on the Amelia plugin side, achieving the workflow you seek (subtracting a lesson after a booking has occurred, etc.) is going to require extensive custom coding.
