I am looking for a plugin or method that I can create a calculator that uses a value from a table based on inputs to calculate a value. I am looking at form plugins but not sure if there are any that can easily pull data from a table.
Really what I am trying to do is recreate a calculator I build in Excel for wordpress. I have an excel spreadsheet with a table of monthly housing allowances per year per city. Then another page is a calculator where someone enters their zip code and time living in that area and the calculator displays the total earned allowance by pulling data from the table and using the inputs from the user.

Gravity forms can do this. How often is the data set updated? You might need to use an add on like gravity wiz populate anything to pull from a Google sheet, or store the data in the database be fetched and used to populate field data to be used in a calc field
