Forms Question

Hey, everyone! Struggling a bit with Word Press forms. I have made smaller forms in the past, but needed to make a lengthy one for work. For some reason, some of my conditional logic options are showing under question 1, vs popping up later when an option it's connected to to is selected. Any idea why it could be doing this? I double checked to ensure the conditional logic was selected for them, and it was. I attempted to delete the option all together and remake it, but got the same result….
