Free plugin to offer free pdf download in return for mailing list signup

I’ve created a free ebook which I want to offer to people who sign up to my mailing list.
Can anyone recommend a free plugin to facilitate this? Can’t use mailchimp (if that’s even an option) as it’s crypto related.
