Free plugins won’t load in the store, but the paid ones will.

Im working on my site and I was going to do some work using elementor to optimize for mobile on a few things the theme is having trouble with. The actual problem itself is that when I go to the theme store, and I attempt to access the storefront page of any free theme, WordPress provides an error message. When I access any plugin that is not free, it loads with no issues. I have no idea how to get around this or how I need to proceed. Any ideas?

  1. That isn’t WordPress. It’s WordPress.com. It’s different – WordPress.com only allows plugins and themes if you’re on the Creator plan or higher. Read the pinned post in this sub.
