Free Pop-Up Countdown timer? Shouldn’t be this hard to find.

I have a client that is shutting down her site. I am looking for a simple FREE popup that has a countdown timer.

Pop-Up:
“We are shutting down \[timer\] click here for our remaining inventory” Or not even a “click here” just the message and countdown clock

Google searches are almost impossible these days and everyone I have found has some kind of “Gotcha!”

Any recommendations?
