I have my Amelia connected to WooCommerce.
Most of my services are paid, and the integration works great (after the user completed all the details, they are redirected to WooCoommerce checkout successfully)
The problem I am having is: one of the services I offer is for free (it’s a free discovery call to see if my client and I are a good fit before we start working together). I want the user to simply add their details and book a date. I don’t want them to go through the checkout for this specific product, because they don’t need to pay anything for it.
How can I do that? In the service details, I configured the duration to 30 minutes and in the PRICING I put $0. However, when I test the process, it still redirects the user to the checkout (with 0$ to pay). How can I configure it so that for this specific product the user doesn’t need to go through a payment checkout?
