Free shipping applies to all items in the order

Hi there,

We need to prevent the Free shipping to be applied to all items in the order including non-free shipping items.

We could have achieved this if there was a condition like “Does NOT contain shipping class”. But your plugin only has “Contains shipping class”.

Can you build that extra condition for us?
