Dear Community,
I have been using Woocommerce on my website wein-kunst.net for more than three years with great pleasure. On the website, the shipping costs were always configured in such a way that you no longer have to pay shipping costs if you exceed a minimum order value (currently from 90 euros). This has worked well for years.
However, problems have been occurring for almost two weeks now without me having changed anything in the configuration: Regardless of the price, the shipping costs are added to the normal price, so the free shipping order no longer works. In my opinion, however, the configuration is correct (see screenshots here: https://postimg.cc/gallery/rthtVSN).
I have already tried to solve the problem:
- Updating the current WordPress installation again
- Deactivation of all plugins except Woocommerce
- Activation of the default theme instead of the Avada theme used on the site
However, the incorrectly displayed and calculated shipping costs persisted, even when the minimum order value was exceeded.
That is why I am now contacting you: Do you have any ideas as to what is causing this error? And do you have any ideas on how I can get the free shipping costs to work correctly again?
