From your explanation, it seems you’re experiencing an issue with the “WooCommerce Free Shipping Per Product” plugin. The free shipping is not applied when other products are added to the cart.
This issue could be because the “Hide Shipping Method’s” plugin might override the settings of the “WooCommerce Free Shipping Per Product” plugin.
To troubleshoot this, I recommend the following steps:
- Deactivate the “Hide Shipping Method’s” plugin temporarily to see if the issue persists.

I did all steps which you said but problem is still going. I wrote also plugin’s developers in plugin form webpage from here but there is no answer yet. ı am still waiting their response becasue ı did what ı can ı do as possible as
