Hello all,
I think I found some issues with free shipping. So my client has a site https://sklepmaturalny.pl/ and they have enabled free shipping for orders above 399zł (PLN). What we found out some orders over 40zł and under 100zł had free shipping enabled. I have disabled all of our plugins, used different theme for debugging and this was still occurring.
Then I went to Free Shipping setting and I checked the Minimum order amount which was set to “399,00”*. I have removed “,00” and saved the setting and I have retested if this works. Funny stuff, it worked. When I have refreshed the page with Shipping Settings Minimum order amount was set again to “399,00”. I think there may be a bug somewhere in the WooCommerce setup.
*You need to note that in Poland, Decimal separator is a comma (,) and Thousand separator is a dot (.).
I have tested this on 2 other systems which are using WooCommerce and they had the same issues.
