Free translate plugin that allows you to translate an entire page instead of translating elements individually, and then edit the translation?

I'm working on a site that I want to be in English and French. I already have translations for everything, I just need to add the translated version and a language selector. I've used TranslatePress, but there doesn't seem to be a way to translate the whole page at once. There also doesn't seem to be a way to edit the French version as its own page. I've used GTranslate, but I'm running into the same problem, I can't change what it comes up with for the French translation.
