From Google my Business | WordPress.org

@davidserrano72 I thought I sent a reply, but it wasn’t submitted….

The We’re Open! plugin uses the Places API to collect regular opening hours manually from Google My Business. Once you’ve set the API Key with its restrictions, you can choose to populate the current [regular] opening hours from Google My Business by clicking the “Populate from Google My Business” button in the main We’re Open! management page in the Dashboard.

There is no automated task or real scheduler involved in the process. I may add this functionality in the future – so there’s an automated process (through WordPress’s CRON process) to collect the current regular opening from GMB. I’ve avoided adding this functionality so far because there’s a risk of compounding errors (so, incorrect information is synchronised over the correct details). There is a way for me to add code/functionality to avoid this scenario, but it isn’t in the code as yet.

I recommend using Structured Data to inform GMB of all your opening hours. Google will decide when to perform their checks and updates. I don’t know of any processes to activate/set this from their side.
