Frontend Post filtering based on ACF

[ad_1]

Guys, I’m becoming desperate.

I have something like encyclopedia built in WP, where each keyword has it’s own post.

Each post has multiple ACF fields.

Now, I need to filter the entries (posts) based on these ACF.

For example, the user opens the website and can see most recent posts. And I would like to give him option to filter based on ACF like this, using checkboxes or dropdown menu:

– Color: Blue, Orange
– Brand: Porsche, Audi, Chevrolet
– Year: 2000, 2001

(Example)

I saw many WooCommerce plugins for this, but I don’t have WooCommerce as the site is not a commerce.

I tried Filter Everything plugin which almost works, but isn’t suitable for my task.

Are there any other free low-coding alternatives please?

  1. The Query Loop block does this and is totally customizable as far as post card layouts. AND it’s native.

  2. FacetWP / Gridbuilder / Search & Filter

If you use Bricks, it can do it natively, though may lack some features that dedicated solutions have.
