Also….I have already installed and trying to use AI Power but when i test it to create a blog post i get this message

That message is coming from OpenAI. It means your OpenAI account is not active. You need to add your payment method and purchase some api credits from OpenAI.
Go to https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/payment-methods and add a new payment method.
Once payment method is added, go to here: https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/overview and add credit to your balance.
Once balance is added go to https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys and generate new api keys.
Now paste this new api key under the plugin Settings – AI engine tab and try again.
You can check your current usage at https://platform.openai.com/account/usage
