I have WordPress site using Astra child theme and elementor pro for building pages due to the render blocking resources and unused css my traffic is affecting, tried a a plugin critical css and js but after implementing no changes in page speed insight lcp and when website loads it's distorted for miniseconds. Looking for custom solutions pe way to Handel this I am new WordPress developer exploring with core development

It’s possible to configure Elementor for better performance, but IMHO it’s not worth the effort. Kill it if you can, otherwise search this subredd for information how to adjust Elementor.
Astra is OK theme, although I do prefer more minimalistic GeneratePress or Kadence.

Normally the builders can help us to create beautiful and bloated WordPress.
When choosing a theme, give priority to performance & optimisation than the look & feel.
I hate builders ( even latest blocks ), like to develop custom code and plugins with minimal code.
If we have time & budget constrain, we can choose builder based themes. Else I will go to custom theme development.
