I can not find function.php page, I have added some plugins and I believe WordFence might cause this to happen? I searched all over the place but still I am unable to find function.php page can anyone help?
Wordfence doesn’t do that. It might have malicious code in it that showed up in a scan result and you told Wordfence to delete it, but Wordfence doesn’t delete things without asking first to avoid this sort of thing.

Sounds like you are looking for the Theme Editor. Check your wp-config.php to see if it’s been disabled. Basically, do the opposite of this
It’s in your theme folder.
It’s not a page. It’s a file.
