Hello @itspaul! To confirm, you’d like to have a way to bypass unavailable times on the front-end as an admin, correct? While we don’t have this capability at this time, we can certainly consider this as a feature request for the future.
As a workaround, we can suggest creating separate appointment types with a broad availability. And, then only limiting your public booking calendars to display specific ones, via the appointment module options or specific shortcode attributes. That way, users will only see those appointment types, and not the ones with the broad availability that are meant for only you to see. Though, this could get tricky if the capacity feature is involved.
