Hi @shayeryan,
Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you’re using the Tag Assistant Chrome extension to check your tags. The successor to this is tagassistant.google.com, which provides a more detailed and correct snippet status for your site. I’ve used this to check your site, along with having checked your site manually, and I can confirm that both your Universal Analytics (UA) and your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tags are firing as expected on my own site visits.
While I can’t be sure of the messaging within the Chrome extension you’re using, given we’re limited to Site Kit plugin support, this may be due to your own site visits not tracking based on you being logged in while visiting your site. The default configuration of a Site Kit placed Analytics snippet is that logged in users are not counted in Analytics traffic.
Let me know if you have any further questions on this.
Hi James, thanks for responding so quickly. Is there any plans on Google releasing a new chrome extension to show the tag info correctly? I like the convenience of the extension but good to know about tagassistant.
